Key skills in the customer service
Pay attention and listen to what customer is saying or asking.
Mind your habits – Sound happy, with customer, talk clearly, never sound bored or else mad even while getting yelled, know that if they call, customer is not happy about a thing.
Clarify – Know what customers are talking about as well as ask questions in order to fill in details.
